(((Hugs))) for ATB, Yorkshire Lass, Jojo, Dizzy, Frodders, Dancemum, Jazee and Medemoiselle. What with money, phones, blokes, lawns, mums, family generally, more blokes and feeling *meh* life is a toughie sometimes. I hope the weather improves and lifts your spirits soon. Sorry I can't do anything practical to make life better for all of you, much as I'd like to.
Sounds busy Ionafan. Good luck with the presentation. As for H2H, I can't tell you how much pleasure it gives me to see space in cupboards and drawers. OH has his eye on all of my spaces, but he has no idea just how cross I could get if he tried putting any of his toys in my spaces.
Catching up with emails and then I'll crack on. Spent much longer at the foodbank today than intended.Better is good enough.0 -

Have been wide awake since 3.30 as a) I have a horrid cough and can't sleep b) it's the funeral today and c) money worries causing anxiety issues to go through the roof. If anyone has a spare £5k on their magic money tree I would really appreciate it.
Waiting until 5.15 then will walk the dog.
Posivibes for today please x
Huge hugs to JoJo, YL, Dancemum and Froddy too - and anyone I have missed...I apologise

Himself now has a prescription for betablockers (which makes sense) and login details for various online self help stuff (which keeps him safely indoors on his computer in the dead of night and not interacting with human beings during daylight hours. And doesn't make sense. But what would I know?).
But it's better than antidepressants - I've seen him on those. They didn't help, they just made him into a hollow, yet bloated, shell that didn't move, speak or even look at me for months on end.
I'm silently enduring the football whilst he has headphones on, editing some recordings we made last week before he left. Some dinner would be nice, rather than a cup of tea at 5.30 and a handful of jelly worms being all that's on offer.
In other news, I tried listing all the tasks I've been given over the last two weeks and the factors affecting them (waiting on others, mostly) on the board in my office. After 60, I nearly started having a panic attack all of my own. And after the work meeting where I've been given another 35-80, all chirpily lumped into about 5 generic tasks over 5 weeks, but each of which is massively complicated and time consuming, I considered crawling under my desk and pretending that I'm not there anymore.
I'd go and veg out in the bath with a fancy, relaxing melty thing, but I need to eat. I shall go and look for something other than processed meat products, as that's all that's in the fridge. Yesterday's dinner was a packet of carrots and a tub of hummus. Which reminds me, I must order some more meal replacement shakes - I've got to have something at work.I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll0 -
shouldn't that be un grenouille? *chortle*
Yes and it's rapidly becoming a toad! (waits whilst some rush for the Englsih-French dictionary)
Managed to walk again last night with OH so that's 4 evenings this week, he's out tonight so probably won't unless DD2 is home in time. I think it helped my mood too so now ready to FLY today.
Sorry to hear so many of you are having a hard time, but please don't forget to SMILE it's been proven to reduce stress.
See you later

Currently fighting a grumbling migraine, and losing
Might have to have a day of working for an hour and sleeping for two (like yesterday).
I need to finish a short presentation by Tuesday and some video editing by Monday evening.
Les crapauds will have to wait a bit longer...
But at least I don't need to water the garden today - everything has perked up overnight0
