Great plans. So it is now gone 3pm and I haven't done anything really useful. Got a message that one of my tennants had had an attempted break in and that damage had been done to the gate and door so I have spent time contacting the insurance company to see whose insurance covers it and what needs to be done and then I went round to see the damage for myself.
As I had to go out I also called into the supermarket but without a list or meal plan, but didn't do too badly as I managed to put together 3 meals including the bits of veg that I knew we had at home.
Kettle is on for a much needed cuppa and I'l go and put shopping away.

So I have decided I need to join in on this thread. My house is not as clean and tidy as I would like it to be. And as my life is normally busy, I don't have much time to do much other than the basics of making sure kids are fed and clean, doing the washing up and the washing!
So this is a new start today and I will attempt to do levels 1 and 2 today. Tuesday to Thursday I work so those days will probably just be level 1 but then Friday I should be able to catch up with levels 2 as I am at home by myself with no kids!!

Updated as done more off the list. All done for the night now, just got to get the youngest two's bags ready for nursery tomorrow, so I am chilling downstairs at the moment.0 -
Welcome newbies.
I have been shopping and finally have my complete wedding outfit.
Dailies are done, but too tired now for second dog walk.Spend less now, work less later.0 -
Three whole hours sleep last night. How I woke up to get into work on time, I have no idea.
Bumbled through the day, letting other people's mistakes, oversights and histrionics completely wash over me. Because I'm too tired and feeling meh to give a damn.
Washed up the two cups I've used overnight and bunged a washload on. CBA to do anything else.
Himself looks like he'll be home in 2-3 hours at the soonest. As soon as he's here, I'm going to bed - no point going earlier because I'll just fall asleep and then wake up at 9pm (thus ensuring I stay awake all night again). CBA to go and buy food. If he's back early enough, he can pick up a takeaway, if not, I'll live.
Nasty, humid, overcast day with no sign of thunder or rain. This is even worse than blazing sunshine because it's so oppressive.I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll0 -
Evening all
Well there's no way I'll even manage Level one as there's too much clutter on the DR table and on the kitchen surfaces. Going to have a quick tidy round in the LR, take the dog out later and other than that I'll see. I was awake from 1.30 - 4 and then fell asleep until 6 (I normally get up around 5 - 5.30) so I'm all out of sync today.
Thanks Natty for the lists
Have a good day all
Hugs

Oh well, as predicted, I think I just about made level 1 today. And only in the kitchen, so I shut the dining room door. That counts, doesn't it??
DH's friend is coming for dinner tomorrow night apparently, so I need to conjour up something. Some sort of meal planning might be called for, as I really don't want to get sucked into doing a big shop again this week when I have a freezer of potential dinners.
Congratulations to your DS, Mrs MP. Exciting! I hope he (and his parents!) are enjoying every minute!
Welcome all newbies. :hello:0 -
Washed up and loaded DW
Did ironing.
Welcome to all the newcomers, read the first post fo information.
As to tip clearing AnWs Mum created a dot to dot method where you clean one hotspot Eg dining table and KEEP it clean. Next time that room comes around deal with another hotspot and maintain it. Eventually the whole lot will be done and dots joined.
Your home didn't descend into chaos in one day and it won't be cleaned in one day.
