in the PIP form it asks me if i use a dosette box for tablets i do so i answered yes
also i answered yes that i need my main support at home to remind me to take my medications dailypoppy12345 wrote: »Moving around part is aimed at those with a physical disability, a person that would be unable to walk because of pain and discomfort. You say in your comment above about a physical disability because of your acid reflux, you don't say anywhere that you can't walk because of a physical disability. Not being able to walk because of your anxiety will not score you any points in the moving around part. For mental health it will be the following and planning a journey.
.
moving around
i answered a > it varies
and i also answered d > extra information
+!also in that part of the PIP form it does actually mention [i think this is a new part of the form]
and asks the following >
- do you experience any other difficulties, either during or after this activity, like pain, breathlessness, tiredness, dizziness or anxiety?
- tell us about the help you need from another person when moving around. This includes help you have and help you need but dont get.
so this is how i answered d > extra information
it depends on where i am, which depends on how bad my anxiety and stress levels are to how far i can walk because i get breathless, my body tenses up, my heartbeat increases and i loose focus of everything apart from how i am feeling so i cannot move any further, on bad days and unknown areas is a no go.
my lack of appetite also affects my strength, tiredness and these prevent me from moving around as much as i could do normally.
i have put so much more info in the form
[and i keep looking at my copy here]
with the other questions i have answered but im not about to re type it all out here but yes i put as much detail as i could
and just because i did not put it all up here does not mean i have not already put it and tried to describe in a way that is readable to whomever is going to read it at the other end0 -
As i stated, you can't score twice for something in the same descriptor. For this reason it will be impossible for you to score 59 points.0

but what about the way they lay out the questions in the PIP form some you do answer twice or it seems to look that way they put a numbered question then a,b,c,d,e,f
just one example i can point out here as i am looking at the copy of my own PIP form
Q13a has to be answered
then Q13b that requires and answer
then Q13c also requires and answer
and then Q13d they ask you to tell them more with some
Extra information and that is where you have room to explain in more detail0 -

If you had taken the time to take the PIP self test i posted in a previous comment, you would have noticed this.

You can only score one set of points from each activity, if two or more apply from the same activity only the highest will count. So, for example, if:
4 d. Needs assistance to groom. 2 points
4 g. Needs assistance to bathe. 4 points
both apply you will receive only the 4 points for the !!!8216;Bathing and grooming!!!8217; activity.
This was taken from this link.

so maybe i am eligible then???!0 -
It means that is your own assessment of your condition. 20 and 20 are pretty high scores.
I still think a conversation about your condition and how it affects you with someone who has some real PIP experience would help. They might be able to give you an alternative and knowledgable view on which descriptors you are most likely to fit.0
