How does that work then ? Magic gravity defying condensate that flows uphill ?
That'll freeze up nicely in the winter stopping the inconsiderate neighbours boiler working. :rotfl:

Presumably he'll need to ask permission to go on the driveway to do any defrosting work too. :D

My neighbour will total fob me off unless I've got the authorities behind me.
You've already discovered that the authorities aren't interested. That leaves you the legal option. Either hand him a letter giving him a reasonable deadline for relocation of his flue and pipework after which you will take legal action, or go and see a solicitor and get them to write a similar letter on your behalf.

Or just leave it if you don't want confrontation.

How low is that boiler :rotfl::rotfl:

40mm condense pipe into 32mm pipe

Does that piece going up give him somewhere to tie his horse ?
I'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.

You get no BS from me & if I think you are wrong I WILL tell you.

The condense could be pumped but i would be more concerned about the flue plume that will be considerably more visible during the winter months.

Usually the flue has to discharge over the boiler owners property, prevents nuisance and other problems.
We would never discharge products of combustion over a neighbours property.Unless its agreed in writing with all neighbours.

The neighbour and the contractor have probably done this through ignorance/incompetence, but there's also the scenario where the installation is deliberate, with a view to dissuade the OP from building anything.

We already know the neighbour is very territorial and controlling, even interfering with the parking of a car in this area, so it's likely they would be much more upset by the placement of a building there.

While the OP might not want to build, a time might come when theywish to sell without 'complications' to someone who does.
