    I don't know how high the flue outlet is above ground level, but if mine did that after a proper, grown-up consultation, I'd be for building something I needed, like a garage or shed, rather than a free-form concrete block sculpture or something arty made of RSJs, though many things are imaginable!

    Of course, it might take some time, but I'd make a start....see where it went. ;)

    Unless it's a rear exit flue I think it might be pushing it for the boiler trap being higher than that but that's not your problem now.....

    Think it shows the quality of the installer and the reason you have there flue over your boundary.
