NTK ANPR NCP DRP POPLA. Next stage?

Not really sure of my next step

I received a NTK at the end of last year from NCP for a ANPR violation. I logged into the forum last year and sent back the standard template reply. The appeal was rejected and passed on to POPLA. Completely my fault but I never go my act together and appealed to POPLA. I've received two DRP letters now which I'm ignoring. Does anybody know what the next stage is? Can I send a letter to bring it back to the POPLA stage? I'm really annoyed with these bully boy letters now.

Thanks everyone

You are too late for PoPLA, even though the UK Government says that ADR should be available for up to one year.

Please clarify and edit/correct your post. NCP and parking eye are two different companies. Which one was it?

The only useful thing you can do is complain to your MP and Sir Greg Knight MP about this unregulated scam. Otherwise you are in ignore mode unless you get real court papers.

These are some of the comments made by the MPs in Parliament concerning the unregulated parking industry (Feb 2018):

    https://hansard.parliament.uk/commons/2018-02-02/debates/CC84AF5E-AC6E-4E14-81B1-066E6A892807/Parking(CodeOfPractice)Bill

''Rip-offs from car park Cowboys must stop''; unfair treatment; signage deliberately confusing to ensure a PCN is issued; ''years of abuse by rogue parking companies''; bloodsuckers; ''the current system of regulation is hopeless, like putting Dracula in charge of the blood-bank''; extortionate fines; rogue operators; ''sense of injustice''; unfair charges and notices; wilfully misleading; signage is a deliberate act to deceive or mislead; ''confusing signs are often deliberate, to trap innocent drivers''; unreasonable; a curse; harassing; operating in a disgusting way; appeals service is no guarantee of a fair hearing; loathed; outrageous scam; dodgy practice; outrageous abuse; unscrupulous practices; ''the British Parking Association is as much use as a multi-storey car park in the Gobi desert''; and finally, by way of unanimous conclusion: ''we need to crack down on these rogue companies. They are an absolute disgrace to this country. Ordinary motorists and ordinary residents should not have to put up with this''.

These are the exact words used, so you should quote them to your MP in a complaint and ask him/her to contact Sir Greg Knight MP if he wants further information about this scam.

I added a question after my first paragraph, but you may not have seen it. Please take another look.

Sorry about that. It's NCP using an ANPR system

Please edit your first post accordingly to remove the confusion about parking lie.

What happened when you complained to the landowner/retailer?

I never did send a letter to the landowner. I posted here previously under another username and it was something that was never advised to do. The driver of the vehicle pulled into a carpark as their child was sick in the back of the car. One of the parents jumped out and ran into NEXT to buy a change of clothes, while the other cleaned the child up. They drove away when it was all done, 14 minutes later. The original notice from NCP proved this with the pictures.

Can you please edit the annoying thread title which tells us nothing?

    so this thread here then

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5768571/anpr-final-reminder-notice

the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread has been telling people to complain to the landowner or M.A. for at least 5 years to my knowledge, plus this other 5 year old sticky thread also deals with successful complaints to retailers and landowners

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4766249/successful-complaints-about-private-parking-tickets-how-to-get-them-cancelled

in fact its usually the best advice to give, because the landowners or M.A.`s are the ones employing the par@sites on their car parks

I actually mentioned similar details in my reply that you thanked in post #5 in your previous thread , inferring where a complaint should be made

frankly , as an adult you should not need to be told, it should have been done regardless , like if you had slipped on a wet floor inside the shop

NEXT probably rent their store and its unlikely that NEXT own the car park, more likely to be either NCP or a landowner who has an MA dealing with site rentals and day to day issues

That post seemed extremely condescending. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. I'm sure it wasn't meant to sound like you were speaking to a 5 year old. Regardless, Thanks very much for your help.
