my point is that you need to think for yourself , and you said in the previous thread that I found that you would see what they come back with


well generally speaking , its a refusal and a popla code , taking you to the "next step" that you have now asked about in this new thread some 5 months later


you appear to want to turn the clock back, which is not possible (not even in a delorean) , so it really ppppppppps people like me off when people just do nothing , dont complain to an MA or landowner and them complain to us that we did not give specific instructions in our replies


so I am pointing out the deficiencies in your reasoning and the fact the info has been there all along and in the thread where you obtained the template letter


if that is condescending sobeit, but you need to be more proactive because your lack of action could cause you much grief in the future with this ticket or similar tickets


procrastination is what I am seeing , then lies about what isnt here when it is here all along , for the last 5 years


we regulars dont take kindly to being told its our fault , especially when I was one of the people who tried to help you 5 months ago , so when I saw those details above I realised that I had tried to help you as I recognised your "story"

you never came back to that thread at all, not when you got your popla code , yet now you want a magic bullet to get you out of the self imposed mire you are sinking in, plus you should have posted in your previous thread , for continuity, and not started a new thread


well there is no magic bullet, you wasted 2 of them back in january and its unlikely you can retrieve this situation which is why you are receiving debt collector letters, its part of the process and no you cannot stop it unless you pay up, in full (or it times out after 6 years , so by 2024)


there is a saying that says that "if you are representing yourself in legal matters, then you have a fool for a client"


it is this scenario we try to stop on a daily basis on here , from people blowing their own toes off


you are in no mans land and awaiting a possible day in court , until then I dont see how you can achieve what you asked in post #1


its like asking if you can go back to january and board flight 101 to miami , the one that flew without you because you were shopping in next at the airport , or slept in

its people like yourself that are causing it and I already have high blood pressure , but even if we only save one in ten from hurting themselves its worth it , so back in january I classed you as that 1 in 10 and tried to help you , but due to your doing nothing to help yourself in the intervening period you are now one of the 9 in ten whose own stress levels are much higher than mine



believe me , if I worked for NCP I would be earmarking you as an easy victim for a court case (probably NCP,s first ever court case) because you have failed the first 2 hurdles of customer complaint to the MA, and also not taken it to popla when a code was issued , which a judge would take a dim view of



I would have you marked down for an easy slam dunk win in court and a possibility of you not paying the CCJ in full within one month , meaning you would have your credit rating trashed for 6 years , especially if you sat on your hands whist the court case clock ticked down to zero



you need a severe wake up call and as a BARRY BEAVIS mark 2 in the offing I would expect your solicitor and a QC to read the 2 threads , print them and make you read them for a few hours , just to show you what you should have done ( a bit like in BULLY darts on the tv with Jim Bowen )



you may not like it , but everything I have said is the truth so far

I am also hoping that we can point others at this sorry saga as a shining example of how NOT to go about handling private parking charge notices

just remember that it is YOU that has blabbed on here back in january and needed to be told how to write your posts, it is YOU that failed to contact the MA of the retail park and get this cancelled , it is YOU that failed to use the popla code at the time NCP provided it , it is YOU that failed to follow the excellent advice contained in that NEWBIES sticky thread , including complaining to the landowner , or retailer , or MA, plus it is also YOU that has sat on your hands for 5 months doing nothing about it



and it is YOU that could be going to court in the next 5.5 years, so come back if you get court papers and we will then see if you do the proper research and reading and preparation for a successful defence

Have you ever thought about working for the very people you are fighting against? Your behaviour is is very similar to theirs.

The people on this forum are trying to help, their collective aim is to defeat these rogue companies. I'm a 'newbie' if you like and I understand by reading the threads what I need to do, emotion does or should not come into this. I suspect you are not being genuine.
