    Morning everybody.

    I have an update to my case.

    I've recieved a reply from the manager of the shopping center adjacent to the Ncp carpark. Without admitting who was driving I explained the situation to them. Their reply was polite and sympathetic but ultimately he said they have no jurisdiction over the management of it.

    However, he has shared the name and email address of the area manager to the car park.

    Should I keep pushing with the manager of the shopping center or start pushing with the ncp manager? Or both?

    If that was an email reply, I would forward it to the guy named, to show how you got his details and that your complaint has been escalated and you are not letting it go. Then complain again if you wish.

    Then carry on ignoring the debt collectors.
