Is there any way I can change the title of my post to make it easily seen and catch attention re SCS or am I allowed to start a new thread to draft court documents?
You can for a while after, but you may have run out of time. Try using the 'Edit' button at the foot of any of your posts, then click on 'Go Advanced' and see if you can get to the title that way. If it won't work, PM one of the Board Guides - Crabman, soolin or savvy - and ask if they can replace the title for you. You can access them by clicking on their name at the bottom r/h corner of the forum thread list page, one back from this one.

Please don't start a new thread as there will be no context against which regulars can check. While you might know your own case intimately, regulars are dealing with 60 to 70 different cases every day and need to have contexts easily available for checking to make sure advice doesn't go off piste.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

The photographs taken by your client's operatives were taken at a deliberate angle in order to obscure the permit. I enclose photographs I have taken, from a range of angles, which show how easy it is to take a photograph to make it appear as if the permit is not properly displayed (or displayed at all).
You might want to remind them that this method of dodgy photography is not foreign to UKPC.

This is an entirely unregulated industry which is scamming the public with inflated claims for minor breaches of contracts for alleged parking offences, aided and abetted by a handful of low-rent solicitors.

Parking Eye, CPM, Smart, and another company have already been named and shamed, as has Gladstones Solicitors, and BW Legal, (these two law firms take hundreds of these cases to court each year). They lose most of them, and have been reported to the regulatory authority by an M.P. for unprofessional conduct

Hospital car parks and residential complex tickets have been especially mentioned.

The problem has become so rampant that MPs have agreed to enact a Bill to regulate these scammers. Watch the video of the Second Reading in the HofC recently.

and complain in the most robust terms to your MP. With a fair wind they will be out of business by Christmas.

Hi guys, please first of of all please accept my sincere apologies for bumping this thread back up... I thought they'd gotten bored but alas, I was wrong!

I have received a letter in the post today advising me that they have considered my recent communication (last sent in July!) And as their client believes there will be no resolution then they will be issuing county court proceedings 14 days after the date of the letter.

I'm gutted! I thought having been nearly 3 mths they had given up....

There are no further instructions within the letter other than a website to show me how my personal details are held/used...

Do I just want for further letters to come through or do I need to take any action?

Again I am so sorry for bumping it, you were all so helpful previously, i can only hope you will be again.

    Thanks in advance

    No action needed.

Wait patiently for a Claim Form from the County Court Business Centre.

You could prepare yourself for that by re-reading post #2 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread.

    more than likely , yes

a proper LBC should have 30 days to respond and also financial forms they ask you to fill in (which you dont have to, this changed a year ago, so no excuses)

have you received that LBC yet ?

ps:- 3 months is nothing, these things grind slowly, at a snails pace

the PPC has 6 years to try a court claim, an MCOL , so until 2022 , and its only 2018 at the moment

    Why?

This was to be expected, and at court stage this is where 99% of cases are won here.

No probs. Come back if you get a LBC and just reply to that reiterating that they have no cause of action, etc. No template needed.

When the claim arrives this is not a time to be spooked, it will mean the scam is almost over and winnable in almost every case. No risk if not, no CCJ.
