"seller miraculously found error with item within 10 seconds of my low winning bid, then relisted it unamended. Very, very bad ebay experience."

Apologies if I've misunderstood order of events.

So if he had two of the same item why not send you the working one..... Deserves whatever feedback you leave!

I've posted on this issue before - including the "item listed elsewhere so reserve the right to cancel auction" sellers (presumably to avoid reserve fees).

I bid and won a brand new wedding dress for 1p. Was cancelled within the hour with no contact. I left negative with words to this effect. They did respond to feedback saying they made a mistake, didnt know how to use ebay properly and weren't going to let it go for 1p!
I am a reseller and was buying to resell. Really annoying. Probably had this happen 4 times in the last 2 months

    Just got this back

"I wished to market another one again.

I understand you must be frustrated but please refer to all my feedback. I am a genuine seller.

Have a good week and apologies for the issues.

    Best"

That smarmy response deserves a negative in it's own right.
