They're not holding any incorrect or out of date information.

Not sure if that's a load of codswollop. or not.

I think probably not, at least in so far as the telephone agents probably don't have a way to change it.
GDPR allows for the right to rectification. This means that if the information that a company hold about you is inaccurate or out of date, you have a right to ask them to correct it.

Therefore, demand they add this information within 30 days otherwise you'll report them to the ICO.

Not convinced about this - the issue is the absence of correct information, rather than the presence of incorrect information, and rating agencies can't update my file with info they don't have.

I wouldn't worry about what that poster posted since its not incorrect info.

Contact the bank and see if you get a different response.

Is it just a normal account you have eg Current Account ?

You don't need to be quite so obsessed with credit scores and the like, or pay to view your report, i use Noddle, as its free.

Noddle is used to view the data held by Callcredit for free. The OP also says they use Clearscore and Credit Club which are also both free and show the data from Equifax and Experian respectively.

It's best to use all three of these to get the full picture as they are all individual.

Does this account have an overdraft facility? If not, that is the most likely reason for non-reporting. Obtain an overdraft facility and the account may well start reporting.
Alternatively, cancel the overdraft facility and obtain a new one. This may also cause the account to start reporting.
On the subject of old accounts not reporting, all I can say is that I have a current account opened in the 1980's which reports normally.

OP - is it the old Cardcash account? Mine doesn't report either.

Do you have other products that actually do report such as mobile or credit card.
If so, the benefit will be marginal (at best).
