  • I made an investment using the self select investments. Does anyone know if the 14 days start from when I placed my money into a particular deal or does the 14 days start from when the loan becomes 'live' which isn't for another 2 weeks?

I think they told me 14-21 days after investing

  • Hi, I got paid after 14 days. My wife invested in the reserve deal and she contacted investor relations. She will receive her cash back after 14 days of the deal going live.

Hi. I know little of this type of investment. I do have some money to invest so I would be pleased and grateful to hear of any experience or tips from you guys that are already using Kufflink.

It is a P2P offering. I haven!!!8217;t been with them long enough for any defaults to happen but there is always the possibility. They are still fairly new/small so have been quite generous with signup/referral bonuses to draw lenders in.

they also take the first 20% loss on any defaulted loans so as long as valuations are accurate and they dont go bust then it looks fairly safe. its one of the sites i use.

I was under the impression that it was now only a 5% first loss, and an agreement to cover the next 15% subject to them being financially able to do so. That's a little different to the original USP of putting in a 20% investment on a first loss basis. I agree there are some fairly safe loans on their (i.e. the ones that aren't development finance loans)

as i understand it they have 5% skin in the game first in last out on top of that Kuflink Bridging are providing a 15% first loss guarantee, of course the guarantee is only any good if the company still functions.

Just received and withdrew 2x£100 bonus for referring my wife (in addition to the £100 + £75 bonus from bxboards) so that means we will have £625 tied up (2x £500 - £375) for 12 months and hopefully an account balance of £1040 (with circa £40 interest) at the end. I would be very happy with a £415 return!
