For those who've successfully referred other people, how long does it take for the 'active investors' and 'commission' column to update itself within your refer-a-friend section on Kuflink?

A family member has signed up using my referral link today and successfully invested £500, my 'registered users' column has gone up by 1 but the other columns remain at 0/£0. Just wondered if this takes a day or two to update? TIA

Hi, registered counter increment is usually pretty quick, active can be a day or two.

PS: Assuming you signed up via me, I saw a +1 shortly after your PM, but no increase in 'invested' as yet. From what I can see the referals almost always work, the only thing that seems to have stopped it for a couple is failing to comply with this term: 'The referee will have a 24-hour limit starting from the moment they make their first £100 investment to invest an additional £400 or more.', so if like me when setting up a new payee you like to make a small test payment first, for example if you deposited £1 initially then the remaining £499 to qualify must be with them within 24 hours of the signup.

Thanks - thought that may be the case.

I signed up using your link and invested £500 within an hour of signing up. I'll PM you when the bonus comes through to sort out details etc.

It should be fine then - I always take a screenshot of that page whenever I get a PM so I can track vs. PMs in - auto invest usually seems to be paid 14 days from the day after your investment, unless it falls on a weekend usually just after 10am weekdays.

Kuflink auto-invested my £500 across 10 property loans at £50 each and it looks like 3 of them completed with both interest and capital repaid in the past week. That's promising but I haven't seen them reinvest in new properties yet. I guess it doesn't matter as I believe they are giving 3.99% regardless under auto invest.

I've been with Kuflink for over a year and I have a few auto-invests, there is 1 to pay on 17th June then beach Road in 2020 but otherwise the money appears not be used.

Interestingly the dashboard shows I'm not invested in 8 out of 10 now due to repayments, 1 imminenlt so out of a 5 figure sum only 1 will pay interest to end of term.

Seems a bit odd they do not re-invest in other newer loans. Good news is repayments seem very reliable, so it's good to see them paying on time!

Very strange maybe they are using the money anyway behind the scenes but not making us accountable for the potential losses that may occur on the newer loans?

I am correct in understanding that under auto invest they will pay 3.99% regardless of if the money is allocated to property loans during the year?

As far as i know, yes they do. i asume its why they offer a lower rate than self-select as most loans are shorter than the 1 year 3.99% term.

Just out of interest, I rechecked my auto invest loans, and the money has been reallocated into other newer auto-invest loans than were available at the time my self-selects opened.

So the pot has been spread around 13 loans in one of them now. The repaid statuses seem to have been removed too, L13 and S22 being the give-aways.

I expected loans repaid before the 12 month term would be recycled and this seems to be happening now, but didn't appear to earlier. Makes sense from a diversification aspect and a cash use aspect to me
