TSB down again

WARNING! - My TSB account has been emptied by scammers. There was a fraudulent sim swap on my mobile which I stopped asap. Like other posts I couldn`t log on to my TSB account - "incorrect username or password". My text alerts had stopped. Using telephone banking I did a balance request and realised for the first time I had been scammed and my accounts emptied. So beware of of not being able to log on - it could be that scammers have been trying to log on to your account.0

What's going on!
Did the scammers use your overdraft as well or even an unauthorised one?
So far they only seem to take the credit balance being polite chaps I suppose.
The inability to log in seemed to affect everyone so that would suggest TSB doing some 'work' on the site or a hacker attack. Trouble is TSB won't say because of their reputation, can it get much worse, probably.
Swopping a SIM? Back to how do they get your details?0 -
Scam took place last weekend. Fraudster got through mobile security questions, which I have now changed , swapped sims and took over my phone number. Took more than 2 hours to speak to TSB. Fraudster somehow got into my TSB online banking despite my having a strong password and memorable data and made 7 unlawful transactions before TSB twigged leaving a few hundred. I have submitted an action fraud report to the police. Neither Tesco Mobile or TSB suggested I report this to the police.0

This is never ending.
And STILL people think TSB are not the problem.
Just look at the posts on TSB Facebook.0 -

TSB should refund the money to you if they have not done so already. Also complain and ask for compensation.0 -
Yes - I saw the posts regarding a similar fraud to your son. To anyone who thinks it cannot happen to them - Beware! It all happens very quickly and because it takes hours to speak to TSB it is difficult to stop. I had no text alerts no emails of anything untoward from TSB. I do not think much of the Top man who said their new systems would alert unusual activity even quicker than before. For years I have used TSB as a savings account and always kept the maximum balance in my Classic Plus accounts along with a monthly saver which never had any withdrawals. So 7 transactions in a short time wasn`t considered unusual!0

Makes me wonder if there's an almighty security breach like Tesco Bank had where money was transferred out. Hackers getting into the accounts then transferring the money out? They wouldn't need to log in then, they are just 'in'?0 -
its down yet again i've given the wrong password or username according to them but i haven't
i only tried once as multiple failures can lead to locking me out and i don't want to spend hours on the phone to get it unlocked
will TSB ever be stable again how many weeks is this i never used to have any problems logging in but now i have to plan days ahead if i need to make a payment transfer just in case its down.0
