I've just tried to amend a standing order.

None of the existing data was carried forward to the amendment screen

Decided not to bother. Will try later. Much later.

So we should get 5% interest...but we might not be able to withdraw it!!!

    Cosmic!!!

What a complete and utter shambles this whole episode has been....and is still being.
How's it going, AKA, Nutwatch? - 12 month spends to date = 2.60% of current retirement "pot" (as at end May 2025)

No problems for me. Logged in performed and transactions; money appeared where it should. Balance is correct. Interest and cashback paid correctly.

I don't doubt that some people have had problems, but since the initial downtime, everything has been fine for me.

At the moment we use standing orders. I'm tempted to try to set up a few direct debits and then attempt to "switch" our accounts elsewhere. Or are you allowed to set up the DDs with the new bank after the switch?
Free the dunston one next time too.

Has anyone else not received any interest for the last month? I assume it is linked to their continuous problems but I tried going into a branch and they told me I would have to wait 2 weeks for an appointment to complain!
    Thanks in advance

I received a text this morning telling me my TSB account has been resticted for security reasons. As I am in the throes of completing a house purchase, I thought I might have a problem. Managed to get through to an operative who told me that all texts from TSB have been suspended due to scammers who incidentally are asking account holders to reply to tsb.com rather than TSB.UK.

A pity they haven't informed customers. It is a scam which, as it is a text message, they inform me that it cannot be forwarded to TSB so they can investigate. So if it's from tsb.com it's a scam. There was a queue 'at the helpdesk' this morning, before 7.30.

How did the scammers get your private number?

No such thing as TSB.com or TSB.scam or TSB.meltdown, so any text that isn't from TSB.co.uk is a scam or dodgy.

Just logged in money is still there.

Credit card is still logging all transactions but still no statements available. DD payment was taken as normal. Statement info must be in a big black IT hole with many IT 'experts':) floating around in it going has anyone seen my spanner?;)
