My little girl has lost her ds lite and is very upset. I'd like to replace it for her, but am a little short on cash at the moment. Any good deals around?

What sort of budget do you have? Which colour / games would she prefer? There's this offer on play.com (see also my previous post):

    http://www.play.com/Games/DS/3-/308963/2-/Promo.html

It would mean that you could get, for example, a pink console, a Nintendogs game and an Imagine game for £99.99... but fingers crossed your daughter's DS turns up. :)

    Hi everyone, I too have been waiting for my ds to come from additions direct, delivery date has been and gone, I got this reply when I emailed them;

Thanks for contacting us about your order.
We are sorry to hear that you have not received your order from
    Additons Direct.

Rest assured, the item have been removed from your account, without charge, as it seems their has been a problem with the order at the depot.
If you would like to replace the order simply use our website
Once again please accept my apologies. Problems like this are most unusual and at Additions Direct we want you to be completely happy with our service.

There was obviously a problem with using that £30 off code, I wont be doing it again!!

I was going to buy a pink DS lite for £85 from Tesco direct, but I have seen the voucher code on here and I am debating whether to use it and try littlewoods instead of additions (or are they the same thing I've not had chance to look yet)?

I don't want to be messed about and miss out on the Tesco offer so any swift advice appreciated re the voucher code etc.

    Thanks all.

Regarding your question sweety I hope thie following information helps as I am currently looking into buying a DS and have settled on the lite having read an article on a site called Kotaku dot com:

***Helpful information regarding the difference in the DSlite & the new DSi***

Nintendo's announced the Dsi, the third iteration of its DS platform. But how does it stack up to the Nintendo DS Lite? We've crunched the numbers and got the data for comparison's sake. That, after the jump.

If you type 'lets-compare-the-ds-lite-and-the-dsi' in Google it should find the page for you because as a new user I can't post links. There are also some pictures of the graphics with the info on the aforementioned site, as well as a comments section full of experienced gamers expressing their opinions - most of seem to prefer the 'lite' to the new one.

Don't forget if anyone knows of a voucher that works or if the previous one posted by upaul is still valid and there was a hitch in geminibabes order please let me know as soon as possible.

I also want 'Walk with me' with 2 activity meters and can't find it much less than the £40 mark so any offers on that would be helpful too.

    :)
