Well done on the losses ilovetea and topgirl:T

I can't believe that topbaby is teething already. How time flies.:)

We stand to make quite a bit of money if you win on Saturday. Apparently we have clauses in the contracts of half your team to give us a payout if they get that far!:rotfl:

Had a few errands to do this afternoon and managed to pick up some YS fish in Sainsbury's while I was out. What with that and the Bolognese and pilau I made earlier in the week, the freezers are looking quite full.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, Huge HEB porage with HEA milk
L: ham, fried veg and beetroot
D: gammon, SW chips, tomatoes, mushrooms, green stuff (cabbage and asparagus)
Syns: extra HEXs 6, syrup 2.5

Well a small loss for me -1lb

Forgot to log my 1lb off, sorry

Fully expecting a gain this week due to champions league final weekend. But, it's officially the end of the football season, and it's one day off (possibly two if I desperately need carbs and lard on Sunday)

Sticking to 5 syn days and loads of speed and water all week in preparation:

B - Bacon, eggs, mushrooms and roasted cherry tomatoes

    D - Tuna salad

T - SW burgers, chips and salad

A twister later if it's warm, an options if it's not!

Hope you're all well. I have a teething Top Baby, God love her :(

    Well done all :T:T
    Stoke enjoy the weekend :D

Well done on the losses this week. My final WI tomorrow before my month's holiday!

    Having a Green day today:

B - oats; melon, raspberries, strawberries & quark
    L - mushroom omelette
D - lentil & vegetable lasagne; green beans, peas & salad! (Had a senior moment and chopped up the salad after I'd started cooking the beans & peas!). Was going to have some more fruit & quark but don't need it as feeling satisfied.

May have some Ryvita & Laughing Cow Extra Light (2nd HEA/HEB).

Lush looking tea as usual on bubbs . You certainly like your cress. Do you grow your own?

I just checked the maths on my syn bank for this week and I had 32.5 to spare for my lunch out yesterday. I know I didn't use that many so I'm pleased about that. Ready to start on the next 105 tomorrow.

    Well, I've sinned......
Mum who is obviously a feeder, had bought me/us a chocolate cake.
Bit annoyed as she knows I'm trying to lose a bit.....
    I know I shouldn't have had a slice, but I have.

It was nice but covered in thick milk chocolate.....

I've been good all day so hope not much damage is done.
