    Morning all,

Managed to lose 1lb for the final week of this challenge. Overall, lost a few lbs, could have done better, but had far too many treats.

I’m below my initial target but have lowered it by half a stone. So for now I’m definitely still plodding:)

    Well done.
    Plodding is always ggod :)

Can I be put down for 9 lb for the next challenge please.

Sorry I've not been around much recently - things have just been mega-busy.

    Hope everyone's well

vI am definatly plodding at the moment.
Aldi do a fantastic Scottish ice cream made by Strachans.
Their strawberry pavlova flavour goes all too well with my strawberries :rotfl:
They also do a coconut & lime flavour which I have not tried yet.
    Their raspberry ripple is fab.

I will not say what I would have said to your OH.

The fat bit was actually the tamest thing he said in the messages and if situation and circumstances were different I probably wouldn't put up with it

forgetting and forgiveness will be a hell of a way off.

well done everyone on there weight losses this week.
I have a long way to go at least 6 stone so it would be great if I can keep up this momentum but I doubt it very much.

enjoy the rest of your day

Haha Sunflower, that's a nice annoyance to have! Doesn't everyone always say it takes the brain time to catch up with the body?

the best bit was I ordered them in a smaller size to what I was, didn't realise I needed to go down again :D
I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it. :)

    Weight loss 3 stone :D

Well done to all the losers; keep plodding everyone.

Today's plan - have decided on an SP day:

B - bacon, eggs, beans, mushrooms, tomatoes
L - spicy bean burger type things (were a bit crumbly and dry but tasted good!) with salad. Was going to have a WW wrap but was horrible - think it might be because they'd been frozen so didn't heat up to well - so didn't have it
D - SC beef & aubergine curry with cauliflower and broccoli rice

    HEA - milk
    HEB1 - Hifi bars
HEB2 - no idea at the moment
Syns - not sure yet as want to save some syns so probably won't be wine! Going out for a 3 course meal (which we won in a raffle) on Tuesday evening.

Sorry to hear that TIE. Whenever I've had a delivery (don't often have them as prefer to see what I'm getting!) the driver has always asked if I want it taken to the kitchen, doesn't yours?
