Another lovely day. Washing all the bedding from indoors today as having a new bathroom installed starting tomorrow so don't know when the water will be off so decided it would be best to get it done.

Have to say I didn't find my SP day as satisfying as my usual EE day so will probably not bother again.

Back to usual today. Bacck later with plan.

    Denise

Please report how you get on with your bathroom as hopefully this is our next project, only been putting it off for 20 years!
So far I have brochures and have measured up myself but unsure of best way to organise.

    Good Morning :hello:

When my deliveries get delivered I lock Poppy in living room and she normally watches through front window :)

Open front door and driver passes bags to me and I take eggs into kitchen and put rest side front door in small hallway.

When he goes shut door and let Poppy out :T

Hope your back is soon better

Just walked the dog, and picked a large bag of cherries...... so that is snacks for the week.

We need some rain and then more sun, and it will mean a bumper harvest of brambles this year! I have boxes ready to freeze them so I can have them with bran and yoghurt for breakfast - hopefully for a few months. :D:D:D:D:D

    Wow BUBBS,

That’s a phenomenal weight loss total. I’ve prob said it before but well done:T very inspirational.

I’ve done so much body magic today, cutting hedges all afternoon into the evening. The water practically ran black when I had a shower, filthy would be an understatement! I do love that feeling when you’re all cleaned up and can sit back and admire your handiwork in the garden. Still loads to though. The keep plodding is a good mantra for many things in life :o:o
Thanks you are doing well too:T:T

You are not a failure. A 1lb gain is nothing for a holiday. One of the women at my group went away for a week and put on 8lb! I'm sure you'll lose that lb and more by next week.

Having our bathroom done by a local builder/plumber. He actually helped with how to reorganise the bathroom as we're having the bath taken out and having a big shower put in instead as our bathroom is too small to have a separate shower cubicle and as we're getting older it's getting harder to get in and out of the bath to shower! If my DH fell over when trying to get out of the bath I wouldn't be able to get him up so safer with a standalone shower methinks! We're also able to put in a couple of tall cupboards so will have more storage than we currently have. Will let you know how it turns out once it's done!

    Back to SW matters:rotfl:

    B - SW fry up
L - prawn sweet chilli noodles
D - goat shank, done in SC with onions & carrots. Will also do some roast potatoes & veg to go with it. Have got cauliflower, broccoli & cabbage in the fridge so will probably have some of each!

    HEA - milk
HEB - not decided yet but possibly toast with Laughing Cow triangle
Syns - couple of glasses of wine so within syns. (Have to admit we drank a bottle between us last night so used full syns but still have a few spare for Tuesday's meal out).

Just realised I forgot to add the syns for the sweet chilli sauce so another 3 syns but still within syns as wine will be 12. Will only go over if I decide to have the Laughing Cow later!

Well looking at the chart for the full 6 weeks I have lost a total of 1 lb . That's definitely a fail.

These last couple of days I've just wanted to eat carbs, sugar and more sugar.....
    Can't blame star week. :rotfl:

I need to be more organised this week.

Well done to the losers, and hugs for the gainers.

Yesterday didn't go quite to plan, but although I ate food that was off plan, I didn't eat large quantities, and I did lots of body magic.

Was aching this morning, and felt like not going for a swim, but decided to go, and just have a soak and relax, but then when I got there, the water felt so nice that I decided to swim my normal lengths. I think it has helped the aching.

    Today's plan:
    Breakfast - yogurt and fruit
    Lunch - ham salad
Dinner - out for a meal, but carvery, so could be worse.

    HA - milk
    HB - none
Syns - there will be some.
