Thank you Chris for keeping the chart up to date :T

Can you put me down for 7lb for the next challenge please, we are on holidays in the time frame, so might not stick to plan :o
I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it. :)

greentiger - don't think either of us will miss having a bath as can't remember the last time we had a bath; we always shower even when we have the option of a bath in a hotel, not that we use hotels very often because we tend to use the motorhome for most of our holidays so we can get away more often and for longer.

Didn't stick to plan yesterday - ended up having extra wine and dried sausage so need to be good today and keep the syns very low.

Today's plan will be a Green day:

    B - baked oats; fruit & quark
L - couscous with salady bits; cheese
    D - veggie sausage traybake; 1.5 syns

    HEA1 - milk; HEA2 - cheese
    HEB 1- porridge; HEB2 - no idea
    Syns - 1.5 syns

Morning all! Just harvested my first courgette and am mega excited! Going to put it in a SW curry tonight :D

Got the day off work today after my weekend away and planning on getting all my flowers planted in the garden rather than letting them shrivel and die in their trays on the floor, but it's so warm already!!

Also need to do a meal plan and shop. Really struggling for packed lunch ideas in this weather. Winter is easy: soups, stews, any heated up leftovers really! Maybe I'll just go for salads and just put plenty of protein in to make sure they fill me.

    Today's plan:
Brunch: Bacon, onion, cherry tom and mushroom omelette
Tea: Cauli, chickpea, spinach and COURGETTE curry, with quinoa
    HEA: Milk
    HEB: Almonds
Syns: Sugar in coffee... trying to keep it low after a fun weekend!

Sounds like a good plan with the bathroom Denise. I have a bath but wouldn't miss it at all, a nice powerful shower is worth ten baths IMO, wish mine was more than a dribble!

Great news about your mum Tweets!

Thanks for organising us Chris, well done on the losses posted everyone!
