All the washing now done, for the moment! Motorhome is in for service and MOT so that I can tax it tomorrow (assuming it passes - it had better with the amount we've spent on it in the last couple of years!).
One the MH is back I'll be able to wash the bedding which is still on the bed and then that will be it until there's enough washing in the washbin to do another lot of normal washing.
Finally did my menu plan last night and it looks like we'll be having a few Green days over the next couple of weeks. Think this could be because my friend has just lent me the Hairy Dieters Go Veggie! Some nice recipes in it to try. Have copied a few to try over the next few months (about 4 or 5 in the next couple of weeks!)
Today's plan:
B - 2 slices toast topped with 1/2 tin of beans & 2 fried eggs (again no Speed as didn't go shopping until after breakfast!)
L - couscous salad with carrot, pepper, cucumber, tomatoes, olives; macedoine salad which is tinned diced mixed veg mixed with LTL mayo; ham & 10g piece of brie (just to get it used up as bought whilst in France);
D - fish pie with peas & green beans
HEA - 350ml skimmed milk
HEB - 2 slices WM bread (+ 3 syns as weighed 75g)
Syns - extra bread 3; LTL mayo 1; 2 marinaded olives 0.5; 10g brie 1;
0.5 pkt white sauce mix 3 - total 8.5 syns
Have some melon, strawberries & grapes to snack on if needed. Will probably 1/4 of a melon for pud tonight.
It's great to have loads of fresh veg and fruit now we're back home. It's difficult when we're in France as we haven't got the storage for fresh veg so have to resort to tins - not the best but better than none!

Hi Denise, we have a Motorhome as well and when we tour France and Spain I have a 12v cooler box from Halfords. Also works on 240v if on hook up. Think they are half price at the moment, ours was £60 and you can get an awful amount of fresh fruit and veg in it.0 -
Chrisv I'm aiming for -7lb in the next challenge. Thanks for doing the chart.2022. 2% MF challenge. £730/30000

It's finding the space for a coolbox which isn't in the way! We can get one in but it's nowhere near a 12v point and can only go in on it's side:rotfl:. But thanks for the idea.

Seriously it isn't - as the others will tell you :rotfl:0 -
Morning all.
Isn't this weather wonderful?? Baking already here in Sunny West Yorkshire, 3 words that don't appear together very often! (apologies to anyone under the east coast fog) Sunshinemummy is it wedding no 2 (or3??) this weekend? If so, what great weather for it.
Well done all the losers this week, commiserations gainers, keep going! Welcome to newbies and welcome back Kathryn - you've been very much missed here but ChrisV is doing a sterling job with the chart. - and Joedenise from your hols.
Tweets glad to hear things are moving on for your Mum at last.
Last day at my casual job today for a while :T - these few weeks have been a slog but the money's nice for all the new clothes I'm buying! My weight has stabilised around 4lbs under target so I think this might be my 'natural' weight if such a thing exists. DD1 is also doing a home version of SW and has lost 7lbs in about 3 weeks. She can't believe how much she's eating! I told her so......
Have a great weekend everyone.
No thank god, the millions of wedding events are over. At the garden party I told them if they divorce I will kill them both! This Saturday, I am looking after my rather spirited nephew.... so I may be even more exhausted then having 150 people at a garden party last Saturday!

I had the SW frozen fish pie for tea tonight and it was disgusting. So watery, yet the fish was tough and the prawns rubbery. Took an age to cook too - so disappointing!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0

Had a NSV today, ordered 5 tops and 3 pair of trousers from M&S, tried them on tonight and they are all too big :T:T:TI, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it.
