Haha Sunflower, that's a nice annoyance to have! Doesn't everyone always say it takes the brain time to catch up with the body?

Reporting 1.5 off this morning (not in the challenge). A tad disappointing but I weighed myself earlier in the week and got complacent and a few drinks and biscuits slipped in.

Please can I join the new challenge Chrisv? I'll go for 12lb to take me to 13/7.

I'm away for the weekend now for a friend's birthday so will be off plan, but it's really not my danger zone when around other people, it's when I'm home alone and no-one can see me that I turn into Pac-man.

Have a lovely weekend everyone! It's actually overcast and cool here in the NE this morning but where I'm heading it's set to be 25 today and 28 tomorrow :cool2:

I had the SW frozen fish pie for tea tonight and it was disgusting. So watery, yet the fish was tough and the prawns rubbery. Took an age to cook too - so disappointing!

Got to say that I'm not keen on any of the ready meals I've tried
Had a NSV today, ordered 5 tops and 3 pair of trousers from M&S, tried them on tonight and they are all too big :T:T:T

That's is a good problem to have :)

Well done on the loss and have a good weekend. I'm the same, it's when I'm alone that I am bad.

Busy day for me today. Village show and a Guide event both on the same day. There will be lots of body magic but not much time for sensible eating.

    Today's plan:
    Breakfast - egg and mushrooms
Lunch - at mums so will be good
Dinner - not sure, out over this time but not many healthy options. Thinking of taking a tub of fruit I can snack on then beans on toast when I get home at about 8pm.

    HA - milk
    HB - possibly bread
Syns - will work out later

Going to get up now. Got to put finishing touches on my show entries

That is the worst SW meal I have tasted like you say disgusting yuk.

Ring Iceland CS and put in a complaint and they will reimburse you the cost of the meal ;)

I don't rate any of the SW meals. Thinking about trying some of the burgers as loads of people seem to rate them. Have you tried any of them?

Back later with menu for today.

    Morning all,

Managed to lose 1lb for the final week of this challenge. Overall, lost a few lbs, could have done better, but had far too many treats.

I’m below my initial target but have lowered it by half a stone. So for now I’m definitely still plodding:)
