Hi everyone, back from holiday last night and had a chicken kebab, loads of salad & no pitta so straight back on plan as soon as I got home.

Good to see you posting again Kathrynha; you are coping well with so much going on. I think posting your plans often helps to keep on track, well it does for me!

Only have a week at home and then away for the weekend again!

    Today's plan:

    B - mushroom & tomato omelette
    L - ham salad sandwich (HEB + 2.5 - 2 for butter and 0.5 for 4g extra bread!)
D - steak, SW chips, baked beans & onions

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
Syns - extra bread 0.5; butter 2; glass wine 5

Bit skimpy on Speed but that's because I haven't been shopping yet and am using up what I bought home from France - but won't be indulging in the brie or pate - DH can finish those up!

Seems a pretty good start to my new week (didn't go to group as too much washing to get done today but according my scales I'm hovering around the top end of target so hoping by next Thursday I'll be nearer to my actual target).

Even managed to do my Bronze Body Magic whilst away - walking 1-2 hours every day but certainly feeling a bit fitter. Not been out walking today but will definitely be doing some tomorrow when I go shopping. Have only just finished my meal plan and shopping list but not going out tonight to do the shopping!

OMG I'm off to check the chart.... I think I weigh more now than I did at the start! I definitely am no where near my pre-holiday weight

edit - I am 0.4 more than the beginning.... need to remember to get weighed tomorrow morning.
