Tweets, I’mfor you all!
Delighted to see you back, Kathryn. What a lot you are coping with too! Your inner strength is amazing.
Hello, never too old. I’ll call you nto in future, ‘cos I’m too lazy to type long names!
The ice-cream sounds nicer than the frozen muller!:D:D

I must say the hot weather is making me drink more cold drinks instead of my sugar and milk laden coffees so that's a good thing.
Made a SW tuna pasta salad for lunch today but it's not looking v appetising. Got it for tomorrow as well! Will pop back later for a proper post. Have a good day! x

Morning all!
Glad things looking good in the Bubbs household, hopefully the job is indicative of legs getting better at same time.
Kathryn (that's how my mum wanted my name spelt, but she only told them it was with a K!), sorry things are not the best at the moment, I've not been here long, but the support is amazing and I'm sure that the "oldies" have been very supportive to you, even if it is not always visible. Please look after yourself, sounds a selfish thing to say, but you appear to be the rock in the family at the moment so you need to ensure you are ok to keep up the support.
I love Beanie's comments!
Dreaded weigh in tonight. Feel absolutely bloated, had a couple of easy SP days, so I hope they have helped. Inadvertently synned yesterday, easy SP day which I had planned. However, I bought an oriental ready salad, which was full of speed and was enjoying it then my taste buds tuned into joy, cheddar! Now, the amount of cheese was not worth talking about and it was the only syn for the day, but I have not eaten cheese since I began this journey, love it, so it is easier to go without than salivate over something restricted. Also made Two Chubby Cubs coleslaw, was lush as Beanie would say!
Have a good day everyone.A smile costs little but creates much0 -

Me as well - though I've realised how additive coffee is - have had headaches most days which I'm putting down to the lack of caffeine.0 -
Thank you all for welcoming me back. You are a good group of friends.Tete_en_l'Air wrote: »I must say the hot weather is making me drink more cold drinks instead of my sugar and milk laden coffees so that's a good thing.
Hot weather means iced coffee for me. I freeze espresso in ice cube trays, then get a glass and third fill with milk, add a few coffee ice cubes and top up with water. Can also add some of the sugar free coffee syrups you can buy from TK Maxx.
Syn free if you use your healthy A for the milkZebras rock0 -
Already feel like I have done lots today. Been at the hospital with my daughter.
