+2 tonight. Ropey weekend in-which I was abroad with work and then compounded the damage by not taking the plan seriously yesterday (Which can offset a bad weekend).
Onwards and upwards.

Oh my, tweets, what a tough time you’re having. I’m sending big cuddles. Money definitely is the root of all evil!!!9785;
Comgrats Msm, TG, SIRENS and tweets.

Msm, I like the idea of a potato case instead of a pastry case for your quiche. I had a crustless quiche Lorraine yesterday – mmmm.
Congratulations, mr bubbs!
Just made vanilla ice cream. It is much softer than usual, putting it down to the heat. It’s still tasty and it’ll firm up a bit more in the freezer. And, for beanie, since it was made in Scotland with Scottish cream and milk, by a Scot (we’ll ignore the sugar and vanilla) it most certainly is Scottish ice cream, lol.Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -

Sorry folks, I have been totally AWOL for ages. Life just got too hectic.
Hope you are all well. Sorry but with 1547 posts so far in this thread, I'm not going to read them all
My life has been so busy. Since I last posted DH got fired from his job, but is now thankfully back in work. Temporary, but he is being told it will go permanent. We have also been going through an extremely rocky patch in our marriage.
Daughter is getting there after her surgery, although has now gone and fractured her elbow.
Husband is being investigated for some hereditary stuff, and it is looking like daughter has it too and worse.
Daughter has lots of hospital appointments all dealing with the issues caused by the hereditary stuff, but we are waiting for appointments to get a diagnosis to tie it all together.
This week alone she has 3 appointments.
My health is okay now, although still suffering from the damage done to my kidneys by the treatment. Consultant keeps telling me I need to avoid stress and take things easy. I laughed at that suggestion.
Amongst all of that, sticking to plan has kind of fallen by the wayside, although I haven't gone totally off the wall with eating. Currently at 3 stone 6.5 pounds, so 9.5 pounds above my lightest, but it could definitely be worse.
I am however determined to get back on plan.
Weighed in with a maintain last night, which after a weekend away I was happy with, but the week before was a substantial gain.
So last night I planned for this week, and I feel I have a little mojo back.
Todays plan:
Breakfast - fruit and yogurt
Lunch - chicken noodle salad
Dinner - Sausage salad
Snacks - HB eggs, hifi bars, fruit, SF jelly, HM ice lolly
HA - milk
HB - hifi bars
Syns - dressing (1), sausages (3), olives (1.5), SF jelly (0.5)Zebras rock0 -
Today's a new day, and a new week and while I've got a busy'ish weekend approaching, I am determined (After a maintain and gain) to have a loss.0
-
Glad to hear from Kathrynha ...sorry to hear you've had a tough time of it though.
Stoke - you will have a loss this week ....just keep the faith.0 -
