Reporting a plus 4lbs for me this week , I have been completely of plan :/
And the start of today started well but I think I will get this week of work over then start again .
Well done to everyone that has lost and those trying x
One cannot change the past, but one can ruin the present by worrying over the future.

  • I will check back later in the year.

You will still be here, of course.

    I know I shouldn't bite but.......

I'm glad to see my progress is of such interest to you.

And yes you're right I'll still be be here regardless of whether I lose any more weight or not because the plan generally works for me.

    So there.

(Yes I know that was childish)
  • Well done sunflower & thanks for the chart ChrisV

Thanks for the chart Chris, although my part isn't looking very good.
I'm away for a couple of days and the seaside mainly caters for fish n chips, donuts or ice creams. Our towns are crying out for salad bars or some other healthy alternatives!!!!
curl girl with a space - even though there is no space in my cupboard!!!

Yohurt is just as bad as crisps when it come to weight loss.

Both just calories with no nutritional benefit.

    -2 today please :)

Feel huge though, I don't know why. Fell off the wagon in KFC yesterday and decided to hell with it, if I'm falling, I'm falling, so I had a few beers during the later games, and crisps, and extra cheese... it can't have caught up with me yet.

Today I had fried eggs and spaghetti on toast with an apple when I got up and I've just had a mugshot. I'm not synning those, SW can bog off.

Then I had a diet coke and some pickled onion monster munch (3).

Either Italian pork hotpot or stir fry for tea.

HEXA milk in tea and maybe an options later to put me on 5.

OMG, are you hormonal? Or someone piddled you off?

    Enjoy the treats x

Not really sure how to answer that one.

OH had been to DS1's house on the Friday to get the 'setting' done. I quizzed him when he got home, he repeatedly reassured me everything was done and all we had to do was the food on the day.

On the Friday night OH moaned he was exhausted, I collected things from auction, came home cooked tea, went and did the full shop, came home and stayed up until the early hours prepping.

Next day...... dye hair (priorities) and then went to DS1.... OH, DS1 and DIL disappeared into the garden to do the tables.... clearly this was not part of the 'setting'.

So I ran around like a headless chicken, making the food, baking a cake and buns, finishing off everything.

OH then could not get the BBQ going, he then disappeared as football was on.

I was about an hour late in finishing the food, so missed the initial greetings... I had looked out of the window and saw about 150 people in the garden. I nearly died.

Anyhow it all went really well. I got totally blathered. We forgot to drink the champagne. I was talking to a neighbour who had been celibate for 7 years.... I sent her a present! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Another neighbour fell into the fire twice!

We couldn't get a taxi so ended up sleeping on the floor, and then cleaning the next day!

I have realised DIL does not have any skills in cooking or cleaning. :(
