    Hello again,

Thanks so much for the cottage cheese info BUBBS, I’ll def enjoy those syns.

When I say your quiche, it’s not quite. For a start I don’t eat meat so it’s just veggies. I line the bottom of the dish with sliced new potatoes (today I used tinned ones as I’m being lazy). I fry up sliced peppers, onion and throw in some fresh spinach at the end. Pop it in the dish over the potatoes and then pour in the egg. Sliced tomatoes on top and then I put blobs of quark on top of the tomato. That’s where the quark comes in, hope I didn’t confuse you:):)

Anyway, it’s really tasty and simple to make. Highly recommend it if anyone is looking for something new to try. You can pretty much tailor it to whatever you have in the fridge.

Look after yourself TWEETS, sorry to hear things are hard.

Ahhh, its no ones right to their parents money as i said before, she needs it so she should spend it on the care she needs, but i am sure once it goes down too 23k limit they will pay then, that will soon happen with how much these things cost :(

WI today saw + 1/2 lb - am now officially heavier than I was after the Christmas break. Good job that the consultant didn't do her usual body magic thing today.

Think I might have to bit the bullet & go swimming even though my shoulder hurts.

Been good day, taking advantage of the weather & been washing....got the dreaded ironing tomorrow though!

For tea made the pon's hunter chicken which I had with salad. Going to have a yogurt when hubby's tucking into the crisps.

Going to give wine a miss tonight as well.

Yohurt is just as bad as crisps when it come to weight loss.

Both just calories with no nutritional benefit.

Evening all :hello: Just popped in to collect this week's WIs.
The person I was origianlly responding to is heavier now than they were after Christmas.

Excuse me for speaking up against "the plan". Or dont you accept advice from another point of view on this thread? Especially when "the plan" clearly hasnt been working.

I think the clue is in the thread title "Slimming World Support Thread" :)
