    Morning all
WI with tiny loss of -.4lb but still a loss so happy with that.

Well saw the Dr yesterday and she wants to redo my bloods but the diagnosis looks like CFS (ME) :(. Earliest appointment for bloods is 4th July  then have to wait 10 days for results, bloody ridiculous in this day and age! Also upping my meds to see if that helps. Will also be referred to the Fatigue team at the hospital.
Long story short seems I have finally seen a decent Dr who is taking me seriously.
I!!!8217;m just happy to know it!!!8217;s nothing really serious (if you know what I mean) seriously thought I had early onset dementia what with the serious brain fog. Couldn!!!8217;t remember my own name the other day, took a few seconds and of course laughed it off but was not a nice feeling .
Anyway, starting the extra meds today so will see how I go!

Hope the sun is shining where you are, have a good weekend all :A

Tie, we have a friends son with ME. It was seriously ill, he was unable to move/talk for years, and now is gradually getting better. His parents funding the worlds best doctors to treat and give advice about treatment. He says that the best advice/treatment he had was being taught relaxation techniques which he does several times a day.

It may be worth learning and implementing some x

    Hi,

Just checking in with a loss of 1/2 lb this week. I’m happy with that as I was sure it would be a gain given all the chocolate and sweet stuff I have eaten this week. Once again I think my activity levels have kept things at bay thank goodness. I’m quite motivated for next week, if I could just knock the chocolate and other goodies on the head I think I’ll actually get a decent loss. We shall see.

TIE, hope you get some help with the fatigue people. Try anything and everything in the hope that something sticks. I take magnesium tablets for damage to my leg after an accident (in addition to magnesium gel). When I mentioned it to my GP she said she thought that magnesium would be the next big discovery for all sorts of health benefits.

TETE, well done on your loss, that’s a great start and your motivation seems high. Fingers crossed for more losses.

BUBBS I’m just about to pop down the shops to get peppers and quark to make your quiche. Haven’t made it for ages and love how it keeps in the fridge, so handy for lunch or a snack.

I’m eating a lot of cottage cheese at the moment, bit addicted to be honest. I get the pineapple stuff and stir through some Thai sweet chilli sauce. It’s sooo good! Speaking of which, I no longer have access to the syns app, would someone kindly tell me how many syns there are in the pineapple low fat cottage cheese from both sainsburys and Waitrose?? Many thanks in advance x

    Good luck all!

Sorry you are mixed up tweets with difficult decisions.
Perhaps when you have visited the options you may feel better?

Hugs to you and Poppy. X
