Vitamin B12 is supposed to help with fatigue.
Tablets or you can get a spray to spray on you tongue.

    Evening all.

PS it's supposed to help the body convert fat to energy as well? According to what I've been reading.

It all depends I think on why you have the fatigue.
In my case I use at least 4/5 times the energy most people to do a task & walking is worse..........

WI today saw + 1/2 lb - am now officially heavier than I was after the Christmas break. Good job that the consultant didn't do her usual body magic thing today.

Think I might have to bit the bullet & go swimming even though my shoulder hurts.

Been good day, taking advantage of the weather & been washing....got the dreaded ironing tomorrow though!

For tea made the pon's hunter chicken which I had with salad. Going to have a yogurt when hubby's tucking into the crisps.

Going to give wine a miss tonight as well.

No good doing more damage to your shoulder, do you drink lots and eat lots of speed?

I must admit I haven't been drinking nearly as much as I should.

I eat quite speed heavy breakfast & lunch meals (ie more like half than a third) but dinner has always been a bit hit & miss.

I am going to try & eat more speed this week as well as drink more

    Good morning all!

Re. Fatigue - I've heard magnesium is also supposed to help, as well as Vit D SPRAY specifically, much more effective than the tablets apparently. I need to start taking my own advice as I constantly feel exhausted for no good reason.

GTS - be careful, you don't want to make your shoulder worse :(

I've made my meal plan for the week! Trying to eat leftovers for packed lunch as much as poss because preparing food could consume my whole life if I let it.

    Today:
B - Just mega amounts of coffee I'm afraid
D - "Leftovers" salad - random bits of floppy veg with pickles and a boiled egg
T - Chicken wrapped in bacon, with sweet potato mash, carrots, cauli and broc
    HEA - Milk
    HEB - 16 almonds
Syns - Coconut oil (2), sugar in coffee (5) - that's it hopefully.

Off to spend the day in the garden AGAIN. (Gardening not sunbathing. It's the bane of my life at the mo).
    Weightloss: 14.5/65lb
  • Hope you all enjoying this weather!

Had a very bitty day yesterday so need to catch up today. Any suggestions for the easy SP day I am going to have? They don't usually work for me, but going to persevere. Had 2 whole meal turkey rasher rolls for breakfast, which while keep me going until this evening. Having steak with roasted mix veg for dinner (got some carrots, onions, green beans, courgette, mushrooms which need to be finished). Got some apples for snacks. Why is it that I always want yoghurt when it is not allowed?
A smile costs little but creates much :)
