Know how you feel, trying to get my 3 1/2 has been so demoralising. However, I am as good as 3 1/2st lighter than I was this time last year, I can splurge and know how to compensate so maintain, I have changed the way I do things, eg if I make a sandwich, only 1 slice is buttered, I have bought smaller clothes, my body shape has changed dramatically, last week I bumped into someone I haven't seen since Christmas and the first thing she said was "you look amazing", so all things considered, life is good. But I WILL get my 3 1/2 next Thursday:D

    You will:D

Maintain. Better than a gain I suppose. I think getting past where I am now is going to take a week or two of pure dedication, and it's really hard because things keep coming up :( Still 1/2lbs off my 5st award too lol

    5 stone loss is amazing!
That's nearly 70 lb stoke...... well done, you're nearly there. :T

3.5 stone loss is amazing too!
    Well done. :T

I'm just 1 stone lighter than last year.
Would like to lose just over another stone, hopefully before the year ends.

Lunch over, mushroom omelette, no lettuce as I didn't fancy it so threw it all out.
    Speed shop needed.
