Weighing in tonight. Not really feeling it. Pretty sure it'll be a maintain tbh.

Weight loss is definitely slowing down and now it feels like any kind of slip will affect it. I need to focus for 2 or 3 weeks just to get me past this final hurdle.

Maintain. Better than a gain I suppose. I think getting past where I am now is going to take a week or two of pure dedication, and it's really hard because things keep coming up :( Still 1/2lbs off my 5st award too lol

Morning all, I'm reporting a 1lb gain. Not great but better than last week, so I feel okay about it.
    2022. 2% MF challenge. £730/3000

Know how you feel, trying to get my 3 1/2 has been so demoralising. However, I am as good as 3 1/2st lighter than I was this time last year, I can splurge and know how to compensate so maintain, I have changed the way I do things, eg if I make a sandwich, only 1 slice is buttered, I have bought smaller clothes, my body shape has changed dramatically, last week I bumped into someone I haven't seen since Christmas and the first thing she said was "you look amazing", so all things considered, life is good. But I WILL get my 3 1/2 next Thursday:D

Hi everyone, I was away last week so couldn’t weigh in. I probably put a bit on but have been careful since I came home. The outcome is STS

Well done Losers and commiseration to everyone else.
