Just been reading about Lexi and Danny Reed, an American couple who have lost over 400lb between them! Old news probably but a new story for me. I love all the before and after pictures.
I'm out for food tomorrow but will try to choose carefully!
    Night all.

popped on to report 2.5lb off this morning :)
I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it. :)

    Weight loss 3 stone :D

Weighing in tonight. Not really feeling it. Pretty sure it'll be a maintain tbh.

Weight loss is definitely slowing down and now it feels like any kind of slip will affect it. I need to focus for 2 or 3 weeks just to get me past this final hurdle.
