    Soon be time:eek::eek:

    I weigh in this evening too, hoping I finally reach the 3 1/2st, it has felt a hard slog doing this 1/2 stone:(

    I still stick with you could not have put on 3st in a week, no matter what amount of wondrous joys you accidentally taste tested:D

    Weighing in tonight. Not really feeling it. Pretty sure it'll be a maintain tbh.

    Weight loss is definitely slowing down and now it feels like any kind of slip will affect it. I need to focus for 2 or 3 weeks just to get me past this final hurdle.

    You can do it, take it one day as a time :)
    I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it. :)

    Weight loss 3 stone :D
