in Credit cards
took out a credit card was told over the phone would recieve infomation pack and to sign it and send it back and would also need to show bank statements, nothing came but the credit card and i stupidly started using it. By using the card does it mean i am automatically in contract with them ?

Why is it you say 'stupidly started using it'. Was that not your objective when you submitted the application?
