TSB Statements online

Hi guys.

I need to send ombudsman 4 months worth of statements here and there.
I am trying to export statements with TSB online and send them across but, exporting on excel, it only provides me with 21 rows and that’s it. Whatever date range I choose.
I had a gambling addiction so my transactions had hundreds a month. Any suggestions please?

Rather than exporting have you tried the print option then save as PDF. Should show everything in your search range

You know that there are still big problems with TSB's online banking....you may be able to do more when it is sorted? I'm a TSB customer and I still can't send payments online, and at times can't even access online banking.
However - I know they can't normally do over a certain amount in one PDF - have you tried dividing it into individual weeks?

#2 should get you what you want/need.

print to file - save as PDF - print.

Problem is, it!!!8217;s only saving 1 page at a time. So whatever date range I do I can!!!8217;t gather the multiple pages in 1 save?

I just want a document, that will export from Tsb and have ALL pages from the statement in that period as one save.
A month gap with the gambling I used to do provides me 39 pages of statement. So months and months would leave me with 120+ separate files for the ombudsman. Surely it isn!!!8217;t that impractical.

I tried to do this with TSB and ended up asking for them to post me the statements as it seemed to be the only way I could to do it?!
I have paperless banking but I believe your first request for paper statements is free.

Before the update, you could only specify a date range of up to 3 months. So you would have to split the 4 month period in two and print to PDFs as already advised.
Can't get into my account since the update, to verify if this is still the case.
