Can I go for 19 please? I am also going to be trying to avoid the temptations of the divine Friday breakfast sandwich, but this will allow for moments of utter, utter weakness.

So this weeks lunches will be:

Today - Chilli & chorizo burgers (Lidl) with cheese and jalapenos (no buns)
Tomorrow - Sausage and chorizo spicy pasta, I've modified the Smokey sausage and bacon pasta dish from the Savvy Shoppers cookbook into my own creation! Cheap and tasty! Makes 6 portions for around £5
    Wednesday - Pasta Bolognese
Thursday - Sausage and chorizo spicy pasta
    Friday - TBC
You can have results or excuses, but not both.
Challenge - be 14 Stone BY XMAS!

Hello can I join? Not sure if what I do counts - I got to the supermarket on Monday buy the sandwich ingredients I need but keep them at work (taking home any extras to use there) I'm not organised enough to remember to get my lunch out of the fridge every morning! I'd like to go for 18 days

This is what i do, buy some bagels/fruit/nuts at the beginning of the week then keep then at work - my challenge is not to buy extras like chocolate bars/diet cokes or decide i deserve a treat and go to the lovely cafe next door :o

    Day 1/19

    I have brought:
    1. Aldi maple and pecan cereal for breakfast (didn't screw lid down properly - the Milky Bag's on me! Meant I had to add a splash of office UHT, boo.)
    2. apple and blackcurrant squash in a cycling bottle (my weakness is pop).
    3. a pot of tuna pasta salad (1/4 tin tuna chunks, 2 big handfuls macaroni cooked with a small handful of frozen mixed veg, raw spring onion, 2 tsp mayo, 1 tsp tomato puree, dried oregano and smoked paprika, Percy Pepper - this is a really nice combo).
    4. apple and banana for snacks.
    5. Some sugar-free butterscotch sweets in case my sweet tooth gets bad. I expect I will be fine today.:A

Bran flakes from home for breakfast, and a tuna sandwich and some strawberries for lunch. Got a full snack drawer so this week should be easy! I might be craving a fat friday lunch but wont give in :D
