I'm on 3/20 with leftover chicken taco filling with a salad and a satsuma. Somebody has brought in a big pack of mini rolls for everyone so I might cheat and have one of those in a bit.0

Inn my packed lunch box today is Salad, Quiche, New tatties, and two clubs. Some Bourneville also made it. Proper Food and good for you!0

I had one of those lunches where I really didn't want it but had it anyway and I actually enjoyed it.
I had Heinz chicken soup and a colleague provided doughnuts from Greggs
I have some crisps for later too.
So I'm now up to 3/17 :j0 -
Ham cheese and tomato in a brioche roll & an apple and counted the calories - 460cal so feeling pleased with that 5/180

annual leave tomorrow and im going out for the day with friends so not taking lunch - but ill be back friday

I've taken lunch everyday - either salad or a sandwich but I have bought some crisps and a chocolate bar in the canteen, so not totally 'free' lunches. Today is salad, whoelmeal roll and a viscount biscuit for aftersTrying to keep in budget.
