Well, zthat's the first week of May finished. Yesterday I took in a salad and some fruit and today was a ham roll and blueberries for dessert. This means I've saved quite a bit just by not picking up bits in the canteen and i've eaten really healithily too. I'm aiming to take lunch everyday - not working onthe bank holiday thoguh.
Yesterday had leftovers from Thursady's dinner, so homemade chicken tikka kebabs!
Working later today and tomorrow, so tonight's "lunch" will be sandwiches but won't have the opportunity to take anything for tomorrow as working away from home, so it'll be a supermarket meal deal most likely.
I have a mental block about what I had for the rest of the week but it was definitely hm - avocado on toast on Friday and soup on Weds & Thurs I think...
5/5 for me do far. Definitely salad weather this w-e!
Hope everyone had a great bank holiday weekend? Was nice to log on and see that we were included in this weeks newsletter
The list has been updated on page 1, let me know if I've missed anyone.

Left over fajita chicken for lunch for me today, after last weeks disaster, I'm aiming to bring my lunch in every day for the rest of the month.

A bit of a cop-out today. I got bought chicken and chips last night, but as I saved it for today, it's technically a bought lunch rather than leftovers. I stick on 4/19.

It is important that we know where we come from, because if you do not know where you come from, then you do not know where you are, and if you don't know where you are, then you don't know where you are going. If you don't know where you're going, you're probably going wrong.
