Mine matured today and has converted to a flexible cash ISA that I'm transferring to my S&S ISA. How long till everyone saw the interest applied please?
I'm also transferring to S&S. Form posted to iWeb yesterday.0 -
Go online to your Ford a/c. Then click "Close accounts" to see if the interest has been added and if so, where the interest has gone.
I can't log in now as I think my accounts are closed.0 -
When you completed your maturity instruction did you also complete the where unpaid interest is to be applied which was under the main section where you instructed the lump sum to be moved to? My Reg saver and Isa Reg saver matured on the 22nd and 23rd and both times the whole amount plus interest was sent to my nominated account.0

I think so. I will wait a little longer and if the interest does not appear I will ring them. Thanks for your reply.0

Two regular saver accounts paid out today including the interest.0

Reviewing mine it looks like the interest has been paid to my current account despite me asking it to be be paid into the flexible ISA to keep its tax wrapper.0

I have just phoned them to ask about the interest payment.
They said it will be a separate payment by BACS to my nominated bank and will take about 3 working days.
I probably make a mess of things when I opened the account and ticked the wrong box or something; still seems a strange way to do things but never mind.0 -
As the RS ISA has only 7 digits in the account number instead of the normal 8, I can!!!8217;t tell my present ISA provider the right number to transfer my maturity funds which I chose to let them roll over into the Flexible ISA. Anyone resolved this yet?Arch0
