    The site does have a feature for viewing closed accounts, so you'd hope they have considered the possible need for customers who closed all their accounts to be able to log on and view them....

    It would appear that if you don't hold any other products with Ford then you can no longer access online. Reg Saver matured yesterday and I could log in fine, today Reg Saver ISA matured and no longer recognises log in details.

    Mine matured today and has converted to a flexible cash ISA that I'm transferring to my S&S ISA. How long till everyone saw the interest applied please?

    My Ford regular savings ISA has matured but only the capital has been paid into my nominated bank.
    Is this the usual procedure and can I expect the interest to be paid shortly?

    I've had the £3k capital back from my regular saver into my nominated account but not the interest. Has that happened to anybody else?
