And closer to the hearing date you can always write to the court and ask them to determine the case in your absence, should that be absolutely necessary. You need to give seven days notice of non-attendance to avoid upsetting the court/judge.

I'm assuming this means I need to get a copy to Link as well. However they only supplied one copy of these documents. I have no means to get these copied. So I'm assuming I will need to take photos and emails these to link Parking Limited then?0 -

I now have a court date, the 10th of October.
So wish me luck for that. I think I will struggle to argue clearly and concisely other than the points I made in my defence.
And just as side note, i got another ticket the next day. So in the same place and I will be filing the same defence to that Defence as they are taking me to court for that ticket also.

I kind of imagined that the Evidence and WS would be 100% the same as the last case? Seeing as they were the exact same spot?0
