Link Parking LTD are at it again, do I pay?

I thought I'd just update everybody as searching through the forums I couldn't see too many recent posts about Link Parking.
To just give a quick bit of information, The Driver parked on a road displaying no yellow lines or similar so thought everything would be ok. The Driver came back 5 days later with 2 stickers on my windscreen and the fines.
Now The Driver has had 5 letters in total about the 2 PCN's and 3 from solicitors.
I just wanted to check if they are indeed now a legitimate company and allowed to fine people. They are indeed a Ltd company now. Nor could I check in AOS without signing up.
I imagine with these solicitor letters the driver should just pay it now before it goes any further?

Everyone is politely asked to read up on this in the Newbies FAQ thread near the top of the forum before starting a new thread
Go there now to learn about the game you are now caught up in and how to deal with this
No-one here advises to pay!
You are advised never to reveal who was driving.

You need to take those images down and then redact your personal information. The first one at least has your name showing.
As above, you should also edit your post to remove information about who was driving. Only ever refer to The Driver and The Keeper.
Link Parking are IPC members so you should have appealed each and every NTK separately as it tells you to do in the Sticky thread for NEWBIES.
No of course you shouldn't pay. You need to read the NEWBIES and learn how to fight this scam.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
Were you parked actually on Lawrence Road? The road looks like a public highway. I can't see a 'Lawrence Square' from GSV.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

You look to have inadvertently used your own name as your forum name.
You need to ask MSE to change it to something completely anonymous

Nor could I check in AOS without signing up.
Link are all over this forum and are in the IPC so follow the NEWBIES thread about IPC firms, and come back when Gladstones try a doomed small claim. If you read other Link threads you will know what happens and how to defend & win. Search Link Gladstones claim as keywords.
No is saying parking firms are legitimate! So what if a firm is a Ltd company, it doesn't make them 'good'. I know of some horrendous Ltd companies, some of which are BPA or IPC members.jamieh1985 wrote: »I imagine with these solicitor letters the driver should just pay it now before it goes any further?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

But the particulars from them say 'Lawrence Square, Lawrence Road'. Are they anywhere close? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Not sure why you couldn't check the BPA's AOS members list.
On the page you linked to, if you were to hover over the The BPA tab and pick AOS Members, then you are there.
It looks like you were trying to login as an AOS Member.
Not your fault.
The BPA and the rest of this industry either set out to deceive or are incompetent - I'll leave you to decide which.0
