I'm still wondering why we haven't heard anything from Gladstnes after the LBC.


I'm hoping they haven't just gone ahead with it without sending anything else and a CCJ will be issued in our absence.

Not 100% sure, but I think if they apply to Northampton to progress the claim then Northampton contact you, that's what happened in my case.

I've returned my direction questionnaire to both Northampton and Gladstones just waiting for the next step now.
I intend to send another sar to HX requesting any data they hold regarding the partial vrn that is on the parking ticket, the partial vrn that is associated with me,to see what they say.

As mentioned in previous posts, I keep copies of every letter that I send with proof of posting, and also all of their replies. The last reply from the DPO regarding incorrect data was a little terse, almost scolding, telling me I'd been "told on numerous occasions now".

It may be several months before I hear from the court but I will continue to watch the forum. Regards.

Hi ibcus. Just read that new addition to HXs website, it brought a lump to my throat, here was I mistakenly thinking they were just a greedy bunch, out for a quick profit, but apparently they say otherwise --- honest guv.
I don't feel so bad now about them screwing me for all that money because more than two digits were wrongly entered. Regards
