No you didn't. You said 07781 numbers - not this particular one. As suggested earlier, there may be a contract on these numbers. Would seem there is with Somerset CC.

Perhaps you could go back and tell them where exactly you were. It's interesting and more detail would inform the debate

Anyway if you tell us which council it is I'll happily ring them tomorrow and ask what the actual situation and costs are. That will save you an FOI request and, hopefully, get you a quick answer to your concerns.

This depends on what the council agreed
If the council just requested a number - then Three will just charge as per a normal 07781 !
Three tell me "[FONT=&quot]We are not able to affect the number that the Council uses...."[/FONT]
