Not correct. They can send you an 8-week holding letter. They will have to do this cos they have so many complaints.
You can only go to the FOS after you have got a final response letter from TSB.
I still reckon they will give a default redress to all complainants and then look at more complex cases.
I believe the default redress is the 5% interest rate.0 -
Is anybody else not getting the 'save the change (pennies)' credited after each debit card payment? I haven't had anything credited to my savings account since 17 April.

Well I can now access the login page but keeps telling me the login details are incorrect but nothing has changed. I tried to rectify online but comes up with out of date telephone numbers for me.
I tried to ring but the wait time is 30 minutes.
UPDATE.
I made a complaint and received a payment of £25.00 for the inconvenience.0 -

Well done. It proves MSE were right to complain with regards inconvenience.
I am awaiting for them to compensate me.
I have a new complaint with regards Barclays Blue Rewards.
Both will be nice easy money.:D:D:rotfl:0 -

No it doesn't. You seem to have a very tenuous grip on the nature of proof.I am awaiting for them to compensate me.
But you haven't made a complaint yet. You keep [STRIKE]boring[/STRIKE] telling us that you aren't going to complain until they make an announcement that all of the problems are now resolved. You can't be waiting for compensation unless you have made a complaint. Perhaps this is yet another example of you making things up as you go along and forgetting what lies you have previously told.I have a new complaint with regards Barclays Blue Rewards.
Of course you do, and I'm sure that this one is just as real as all of the others. Both will be nice easy money.:D:D:rotfl:

I complained weeks ago and I will get compensation as part of my complaint was inconvenience.
I won't login to TSB until they advise it all fixed.
