I have a fussy 2 year old who has decided that ready brek is no longer a suitable breakfast. I don't blame him I don't like it. So now I've got a big box and wondered if there were any recipes I could put it in.

    Any ideas?

    Thank you.

I use readybrek when making flapjacks.I substitute a third of the oats for ready brek, gives a softer more shop bought consistency.

Thank you all for your replies. I am going to do some flapjacks I've got a lovely recipe for cheese flapjacks which I thought sounded good. I shall go through the other threads for more ideas.

  • Not a recipe, but my son went on a Ready Brek strike too, but a few chopped dried apricots mixed in convinced him to resume :)
