Many thanks Keith and Quentin. Now that you have posted the link Keith, can other forum readers just click on it and view the photos? Once again many thanks for everyone's help, as you can see from the number of posts, I am trying to help myself by research, but transferring between apps and the forum is still baffling me, I will definitely try to work it out. Many thanks everyone. Going to send another letter to HX data controller asking to explain the missing items in their reply to my SAR, when I specifically requested " any and all" data. I'm in the process of composing a reply to Gladstones LBC. Any comments on the photos would be appreciated. Regards.0

Hi, I'm in the middle of composing a reply to Gladstones LBC, out of the 30 days to reply there are 21 days left. I'm going on holiday with my family in 17 days for 2 weeks. I'm concerned that while I'm away something from Gladstone or court may arrive that needs acknowledgement. Can someone recommend what to do to avoid this. Regards.0

If this is merely the LoC stage:
1. you'll send in a response/refusal of the claim
2. C should then wait 14 days prior to commencement of court action (see the protocol - known as the "stocktake"). They will likely start action without any further correspondence, if that is their instructions.
3. Even if they don't wait the full 14 day stocktake, the chances are they won't issue so early (before you go) that you need to acknowledge proceedings or defend whilst away.
I'd make sure you send in the response the day before you go on holiday and then try not to worry about it..0 -
Many thanks for that.0
