It wasn’t actually an appeal, just an email to the indicated email on the ntk with a photo of the ticket from the p&d machine stating that I’d paid and here was the proof, they sent an email the next day saying that the ticket was invalid because of incomplete vrn with details of how to appeal to the IPC. By that time I’d discovered the forum and knew appeals were a waste of time. They’ve sent me a copy of my original email with their words ‘driver selected’ added and also a copy of my p&d ticket. Regards

Further, as a point of interest, on the main information board at the entrance to car park, it states ‘refer to full terms and conditions sign(s) located at the pay and display machine’ there are no such signs at, on or anywhere near the p&d machine. The nearest signs are approx 70/80 feet away above head height.

In which case there can be no contract.

Upload the pics to a web hosting site, tinypic is one but there are many others, then post a link to them here.

Hi, don't know if this method is acceptable to the forum. I've uploaded images to Flickr, I think pretty good quality ( under a pseudonym of course). Hope it works this way.

Go to Flickr.com, in search, type in (case sensitive) patrick Aebeecee. Choose 'people'then search. It should bring up 7 photos of the signs and p&d machine in the car park in question.

1)entrance to car park shows t&cs in the distance. P&D machine is on right, nearest T&Cs are on green on back wall, these are not on P&D machine as stated on main board at entrance.

    2) shows mandatory fields re ANPR use in the small white section near the bottom, though does not state the images will be be compared to info on P&D ticket for the purpose of imposing PCN. The rest of the photos are self explanatory.
I would very much appreciate someone on the forum letting me know if this works regarding Flickr. Many thanks.

Flickr seems to want me to log in but I am not a member.

Putting the pic on imgur is easier for most people to view:

    https://imgur.com/upload

or host in Dropbox and post a 'share link' version.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
