Struggling to get motivated.

Options
Totally blown it this month already. I wanted to start budgeting on the 21st of every month as that is when I get my UC payment. I do well for 3 or 4 days and then I get ill and blow my money on things I don't need or things I think I need and definitely don't need.

I am finding it very hard at the moment. I am struggling to eat, I am constantly down and I am back on the antidepressents. My friend/landlord has ran out of money and I am constantly stressing because of that.

I have lost track of my food budget and my spending. I have given up with surveys as I just cant concentrate.

I am really struggling and I feel so alone and just want to jack the whole thing in. I feel I am never going to be well enough to get out of debt or be well enough to work so I can save for a house. I just feel really fed up.

I am also going to be homeless in 15 days and have no clue where I will be.

Sorry to hear your struggling at the moment.

You need to get support for your health first & foremost.

Has your spending contributed to your homeless situation in a few weeks?

Don't worry/stress about your friend/LL situation - you have to be selfish and focus on yourself.

That's definitely a positive then - although your health is suffering, you haven't been in position to prevent this from happening, it would have happened anyway.
Reassure yourself that sometimes situations happen that are out of our control.

If you want to grab some motivation then I would say take baby steps - prioritise one thing at a time, you home, your health and your budget need to be dealt with individually. You are already sounding well disciplined in that you always pay bills as a priority.

I wish you well for your baby steps - they will make the bigger picture come together eventually. Keep at it ;)
