    Police getting cctv, Bank has said it is getting slips for me and police.

    As for passbooks I think it was the bank who said she had passbooks.

    Time for me to back out.

    Too many partially answered or unanswered questions already. It might be down to the OP being emotional over the £loss and the family friction.

    You might get more helpful replies if you give all the info up front.

    And due to your attitude to other posters, I'm not even going to try and help.

    I will say it's interesting that you are dealing with FOS when you are still dealing with the bank.
